Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi to Start Bharat Nyay Yatra from Manipur to Mumbai on January 14

K.C. Venugopal, the general secretary of the Congress party responsible for the organization, told the media on December 26 that the Bharat Nyay Yatra would pass through the following states: Manipur, Nagaland, Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

Unlike the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the yatra will not be carried out entirely on foot this time. Rather, there will be bus travel combined with rare walking breaks. Rahul Gandhi promised to provide the media with more information later.

The Bharat Nyay Yatra will concentrate on social, economic, and political justice of the nation, similar to how the Bharat Jodo Yatra had focused on issues of economic disparities, polarization, and dictatorship, according to Congress general secretary for communication Jairam Ramesh.

Mallikarjun Kharge, the president of the party, will launch the yatra from Imphal. When asked why Manipur was selected to be the starting point of the East-West version of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the Congress leaders responded that an effort to care for the injuries sustained by the people of Manipur They went on to say that it was also because it is a significant portion of the nation.
